I recently joined the site myproana.com. Having a community of people going through the same thing as me right there at my fingertips is pretty awesome. I love the chats, and it's nice to have so many people willing to inspire a girl like me. So, I joined a challenge on the website. Everyone who is a part of it is trying to lose at least 20 lbs in the next month. So far today, my eating has been great. If this continues, I might actually make it :)
Yesterday
Breakfast - 1 hard-boiled egg white (16)
Lunch- Most of one small apple (50), and a few carrot sticks (4)
Other- 1 welches fruit snack (7)
Dinner- 3/4 a corn dog (150), huge salad with 1/2 serving dressing (40), 2 1/2 pieces bread with jam (120)
Total: 387
Today
Breakfast - 1 piece of bread and one egg white (40)
Lunch - Small apple (50)
Other - 11 skittles(44)(Only because the people I was sharing them with kept badgering me to eat more...)
Fat-free chicken noodle soup (75)
Dinner - Small salad with 1/2 a tbs dressing (20), 3 bites of pizza (100)
Total: 329
30 minutes of Hip Hop Abs! xD -215
Net total: 114
Wow. I can't believe I am actually eating this little. Earlier today I did have some extreme cravings for cereal, but when I was finally about to cave my mother wanted to try out Hip Hop Abs. Much better idea than binging! I did read somewhere tho, that having a small binge once a week helps speed up weight loss. I am all freaking in for that ;)
