Today, I am in a super good mood :)
I have dropped 1.5 lbs from yesterday!!! I almost screamed I was so happy! I am so sick of my body and my horrible self-control, and it seems like my binging days are finally going away! So fuck off, Mia! I don't need food. Just seeing that number drop fills me up :)
I realized that I really need to start exercising more xD
I have a sport that I do for two hours twice a week, and it burns between 1000-1400 depending on the drills we do, but it's not gonna last me forever. I do walk to and from school everyday, but it's a short walk. Maybe I can start jogging?
Wellll, so far I have eaten: 109
1/2 Grapefruit juiced 30
Black coffee 4
1/2 small apple 40
2 tortilla chips 11
1 tsp cheese sauce 9
Various veggies(olive, lettuce, etc) 15
I find it somewhat amusing that I ate more calories from fruit than from the unhealthy stuff. It's a strange feeling, but a good one nonetheless :)

I couldn't help it.. :( I felt so disgusting and like I had an iron ball in my stomach, so I did purge some, roughly 150 calories.
