Stronger

Hello again!

Today is day two of my new blog, and I already feel a bit stronger. Yesterday I had a dreadful binge day... Actually, a fucking god-awful binge day. Which, of course, ended in the wonderful act of purging. Woo. Hoo. I won't even list what I ate, it's that bad.

Well, today I am officially going to be listing every bite that enters my mouth, and hopefully posting it online will shame me enough into not binging. Adding that to my trait of despising seeming weak, it becomes an unbeatable combination. Hopefully.

Today I have eaten, as of 3:00:         120
1/2 a small grapefruit, juiced            -30
4 large carrot sticks                        -40? Not quite sure
Orange juice                                   -50

Of course, I still have the potential unintended binge, and the dreaded family dinner. My family knows that I used to have eating problems, but they have stopped watching me as closely as they believe that I am over that. So, dinner is mandatory, because I really don't want to be sent back to a shrink anytime soon.

Well, I will update later, and maybe tell a little more about myself. Not that anyone is around to listen

433 calories

Wow. Compared to the 2000-3000 calories yesterday (purged, but still) I am shocking myself.

For the first time in a long time, I am actually looking forward to tomorrow :)
