So, so sorry I haven't been on. I am being super careful about when and where I log in, and right now I am on a school computer. I won't have much time to read your blogs, but I will try my best to catch up! I won't really have any time to comment, but I know that I am here!
To put it simply, my weekend fucking sucked. Saturday was bad, but on Sunday I think I binged/purged somewhere between 5 and 7 times. Ugh, my stomach feels like someone has been punching me. The only really good thing about my weekend is that I slept at least 34 hours. I took extra sleeping pills on Friday night, and only woke up to stuff my ugly face.
I haven't really weighed myself recently. I stepped on the scale, but jumped off before it registered. I am terrified. So, for the next week I am going back to a restricted, activity filled diet, and on Saturday I will weigh myself.
I've discovered that drinking hot sauce really reduces my appetite and speeds up my metabolism. I don't really know it it might be dangerous, but I actually really enjoy hot sauce by itself so I don't really care.
I needneedneedneedneed to lose weight by summer! And a ton! If for no other reason than to not ever cut again from depression, I have to. I have been cut-free for roughly a year, and I plan to stay that way.

awe don't worry too much wren, we all hit bumps in the road. try stay strong this week & i'm hoping for a good number for you on saturday :-)
ReplyDeleteWe all have our bad days. What's important is that you don't let them upset you too much, and instead look forward to getting back on track. It might be best to stay off the scales for a few days though. xx
